BioHack Health supplies research-grade peptides and related compounds for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific investigation. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, food additives, cosmetics, medical devices, or household chemicals, and are not sold as any of these.

2. Not for human or veterinary use

No product is intended for use in or on humans or animals. Products must not be consumed, injected, or otherwise administered, and must not be used in clinical settings, for diagnosis, or for any therapeutic or cosmetic purpose.

You may not resell, repackage, relabel or supply any product for human or veterinary consumption, or represent it as suitable for such use.

3. No medical advice

Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, research summaries, and references to published studies — is medical advice or a recommendation to use any product. Descriptions of how a compound has been studied are provided for scientific context only.

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Who may purchase

By visiting this site and placing an order you confirm that you:

• are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, or are ordering on behalf of a research institution or business;
• are purchasing for legitimate research purposes only; and
• will comply with all laws and regulations that apply where you receive and use the products.

We may refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe these conditions are not met, or that a product is intended for human or animal use.

5. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the safe receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of every product, in line with the safety practices applicable to your laboratory. Products should be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate protective equipment, and stored according to the conditions stated on the product page.

6. Product information

Each batch is third-party tested, and its Certificate of Analysis can be requested by emailing support@biohackhealth.co. Our verification covers the identity and purity of the batch as stated on its certificate, and nothing further. We make no claim about the effect or suitability of any product for a particular research application.

7. Liability

BioHack Health accepts no liability for any use of a product in or on the human or animal body, such use being expressly prohibited, or for any loss arising from misuse, mishandling, or research outcomes. The full terms of sale, including limitations of liability, are in our Terms of Service.
